Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service or the repective postal systems in the United States and Canada. Shipping is automatically added to the order based upon the dollar value of the order. Shipping costs are outlined below for delivery to shipping points in the United States or Canada. 

The main warehouse is now based in Fenton, MO and managed by Tea Connexions USA.  All orders in the US are shipped from this location.  Canadian orders are shipped from a smaller facility in Kingston, ON.

International Orders are shipped via UPS Express, unless another carrier or shipping arrangement is made. Shipping will be quoted on a case by case basis for International orders.
