CTI Wholesale (CTIWS) is one of the growing brands owned by Connexions Trading International Incorporated (CTI).
CTI began its international trade business in November, 1994 when it was founded in a small apartment by Sanjay Gupta.
Since then, this company has been involved in many different marketing and trade activities of housewares, consumer goods, and office supplies.
In 1998, the founder of CTI, Sanjay, travelled to India to source his own teas. This marked the beginning of the first tea business, Tea Connexions, which has built its distribution through independent teapreneurs. To learn more about us please click here.
Today CTI is 100% owned by Sanjay and Suruchi Gupta, who have invested millions of dollars into the development of their tea business.
CTI owns the name, trademark and intellectual property of CTI Wholesale, Tea Connexions, Healthy Cup, and several other tea opportunities. These names have been licensed to a brand new marketing company, Leaftea Marketing Solutions Inc. which is majority owned by the Guptas.
What started in a small apartment has grown. Today the tea business is Head Quartered in a 2500 square foot office in Kingston, ON. Warehousing is based out of Kingston and Upstate, NY.
