Implementation of this store has two key purposes:

1. To make your shopping experience convenient and enjoyable.  If this is the first time you are visiting our store, please first set up an account by clicking on the "My Account" link in the top left of the screen.  If you are a wholesale customer that previously had an account with us and you belong to a certain price group giving you a loyalty discount below wholesale, please send us an e-mail.  In the body of your e-mail advise us of the loyalty discount you qualify for and we will assign the loyalty discount below wholesale that you qualify for.  If you do not currently qualify for a loyalty discount and would like to learn more about this program and their benefits, click on the link "Tea Business Opportunities."

2. To stream line the ordering and fulfillment process. Implementing this store enables Tea Connexions to phase out the use of paper invoices, as each time you order you will receive an electronic invoice from the store. Phasing out the many copies of paper invoices we used to generate is good for the environment and increases the efficiency of processing orders.

Shopping with us is easy and secure. Your order is received using SSL and encryption technology.

The categories to your left on the screen allow you to navigate the store easily and find the products you are looking for.  If you know the stocking code or name of the product, you can also find it by entering it into the search area located at the right of your screen.

When you place an order, you will receive a copy by e-mail. Print this copy for your records, as this is your official invoice. Upon receiving your order, Tea Connexions will process the order. Though we try to ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving them, delays, on occasion do occur and we can not be held responsible for such delays. The rule of thumb for any order placed is delivery within 5 to 10 business days.

Finally, a note about Private Labeling. With this new store, we will not be using a separate form for taking Private Label orders. When we receive an order of $2000 or more, we will contact you to find out if you would like to use our Private Labelling Service. Detailed information about this service is available in "Step 5" of the training under the "Policies and Procedures" section. It should be noted, Private Labeling guidelines do not apply to Individually Wrapped Tea Bags. With respect to Individually Wrapped Tea Bags, mass runs of the individual wrappings must be done. For this reason, Members that are interested in Private Labeling their own Individually Wrapped Tea Bags should contact Tea Connexions.
